What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?
When you subscribe to our service, we need to know your name, mailing address(es), credit card number and credit card expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your subscription. We also ask for your telephone number and e-mail address(es) for the following reasons:

  • (1) In the event that your 401k plan is not already included in our roster of model 401k portfolios, we may contact you by telephone to determine the fund choices available within your plan so that we may immediately construct a model portfolio for your plan, and
  • (2) We will notify you via e-mail any time we make a change to the model portfolio for your plan. We may also occasionally send you market commentaries and notifications of new product offerings or important functional changes to our web site.

In addition to the above, we may also from time to time send a "cookie" to your computer. A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your Internet browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. A cookie can't read data off of your computer hard disk or read cookie files created by other Web sites. Cookies do not damage your system.
